Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://stokestowingaz.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Stokes Towing reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Stokes Towing markets and arranges Flatbed Towing, Wheel Lift Towing, Long Distance Towing, Fuel Delivery, Tire Changes, Car Lockout. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Stokes Towing and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Stokes Towing makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Stokes Towing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stokes Towing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under AZ law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in AZ for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
